We Walked Past Them Every Day

The photographs framed
Split seconds without stories
Judgements were passing,

Before the speeches
They were meek humans smiling
Eased from their sorrows,

Now they’re heroic
As truth breaks through the grey skies
And all sits explained.

  4. wow…nice intensity to this….its one thing to see pictures…it is another to know the story behind them…and when it is all laid out or perspective on them can certainly change…

It is easy to sit in judgement until we know the full story…sometimes we need to open our eyes (and minds)…
